Tour Qualification Requirements:
Married, co-habitating couples both must be between the ages of 25-70 with a combined annual income greater than $50,000. No singles.
Married/cohab couples, both parties must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. (no debit cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
Can not have toured any Inn Season Resort in the past 12 months and cannot be a current owner of any Inn Season Resort.
No quinnellas. A quinnella is 2 or more families traveling together.
Guests are housed on property.
Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.
