Terms & Conditions
Tour Qualification Requirements:
Married or co-habitating couples, both must be between the ages of 28-68 with a combined annual of at least $50,000; AND single women between the ages of 30-68 with annual income of at least $50,000.
If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners or spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour. For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card or established checkbook. (no major debit cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID.
The Tour may not have attended a Presentation for a similar product or service offered by the Company within the prior 24-month period.
Must be U.S. Citizens and be able to speak & understand English.
Guests will be housed on property at North Star Lodge (when available) and off property when Northstar is not available at the Sherburne Hotel.
Guest’s cannot be part of a gift cert package redemption or traveling on a premium cert.
Guests will be responsible for any incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room taxes, key deposit, phone calls, meals & transportation.
Presentation is approximately 90 minutes.
