Tour Qualification Requirements:
Married, engaged, or co-habiting couples both must be between ages 28-70 and with a combined annual income greater than $50,000 With Driver’s license or other form of valid identification verifying residence at the same address/ AND Single women between the ages 35-60 and with an annual income greater than $50,000.
If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners or spouses must be present and attend the full 90 – minute timeshare presentation together to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. (no debit cards or checkbooks) Couples must show of valid identification verifying residence at the same address.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to attend the sales presentation.
Cannot have toured Any ILX resort or sales center within the past 12 months and cannot have toured the SAME resort or center within the past 24 months.
Must be U.S. Citizens and Must speak & understand English.
Quinellas will not be considered Qualified tours unless Provider advises company prior to tour and the quinella tours together. Such quinellas will be considered only one tour, and provider will be paid for only one tour.
Accommodations are in a standard hotel at either Bell Rock Inn or the Los Abrigados Lodge in Sedona.
Guest is only allowed to change dates once. After the first change, there is a $50 reschedule/change fee.
