Details of Participation:
Married, co-habitating couples both must be at least 26 yrs of age with a combined annual income greater than $40,000. Single Women at least 26 yrs of age with an annual income of $50,000.
If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card or checkbooks. (no debit cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
May have not toured a Coral Resorts Property in the past 12 months or attend a timeshare presentation in Hilton Head in the past 6 months.
Cannot currently own at Coral Sands Resort, Coral Reef Resort or Island Links Resort.
No Hilton Head or Beaufort County Residents.
No Saturday arrivals
Must be U.S. residents and be able to speak & understand English.
No quinnellas. A quinnella is 2 or more families traveling together.
No charge for 2 rounds of golf providing guest purchases a cart rental @ $9.95 per person.
Guests are housed in standard hotel accommodations and will be responsible for any incidentals over the basic room cost. Examples of hotels Hilton Garden Inn, Beachwalk Hotel, Park Lane, Days Inn, Quality Inn, Holiday Inn or similar.Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to arrival date. All cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1 night no show charge including taxes. A 1 nt plus tax will be charged back for any guest that is not canceled and does not arrive.
