No one is excluded from touring our facilities or purchasing a timeshare. To be eligible for this special offer you have to be a U.S. residents in states in which the company is registered to do business. Due to unique state laws, this program is primarily designed for residences of the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. The list of states is subject to change so please submit your request to determine currently eligibility. Other state restrictions, terms, and conditions, may apply. Prospects must be married and be between the ages of 26- 68 and have minimum annual household income of at least $50,000. Couples must attend a 90 minutes informative sales presentation on the benefits of ownership at the Grand Crown Resort. Married couples will be required to tour together. This offer is not valid in connection with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer of Grand Crowne Resorts in the past 12 months are ineligible. You must present personal identification such as a driver’s license, photo identification, and a major credit card at time of tour.

Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for up to two adults and two children. Savings and accommodations may vary by season. Standard value of accommodations is $139.00 per night. Grand Crowne Resorts reserves the right to substitute accommodations at a hotel of equal or greater value. A confirmed written reservation is required for this offer prior to check-in. One offer per family, no groups. This offer does not include taxes, gratuities, transportation, meals or any other expense not expressly stated herein. A reservation security using a major credit card is required for this offer prior to check-in. Sorry no pet allowed.

If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must call at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a $99 administrative fee. There will be an additional charge of $99 for holiday arrivals. In the event you do not attend at least 90 minutes of the sales presentation, the difference between the special package price, if any, and the currently published nightly rate at that time, plus taxes, will be charged to your credit card.
